Overview

TaxBandits allows you to generate and retrieve detailed reconciliation reports related to your 1099/W-2 filings. These reports help you track filing activities, including federal and state submissions, postal mailing, and online access summaries. Each report provides a breakdown of filing and distribution statuses, ensuring full visibility of your progress.

Available Reports​

  • Reports/Form1099W2BusinessReport - Use this endpoint to retrieve a summary of 1099/W-2 filings for a specific payer (business).

  • Reports/Form1099W2Summary - Use this endpoint to retrieve a comprehensive summary of 1099/W-2 filings across all payers (businesses) in your TaxBandits account.

  • Reports/Form94XReconcileReport - Use this endpoint to retrieve a summary of 94x filings across employers (businesses) in your TaxBandits account.

  • Reports/WHFormsReconcileReport - Use this endpoint to retrieve a summary of W-9/W-8 requests initiated across payers and the corresponding status of each request.
