Overview

TaxBandits provides a team management feature to help you manage your filing and API tasks efficiently. You can organize your operations by efficiently managing team and groups, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Team Management

Invite unlimited team members to the TaxBandits developer console and/or retail (UI) account for managing API-related tasks and filing responsibilities.

You can assign specific roles to your team members, with each role having varying permissions.

  • Developer: The user can only access the TaxBandits developer console site.
  • Team Member: The user can only access the TaxBandits retail (UI) account.
  • Co-Admin: The user can access both the developer console and retail (UI) account. They will also have the option to invite more users.

Endpoints to manage team members

  • Create - Use this endpoint to add new team members to your account.
  • Update - Use this endpoint to modify existing team member details or assigned payers/groups.
  • Get: Use this endpoint to retrieve specific team member information.
  • List: Use this endpoint to view all team members associated with a particular payer/group.
  • Status: Use this endpoint to retrieve the status of a specific team member.
  • Deactivate: Use this endpoint to disable team member access for a particular team member.

Groups

Groups help you organize your payers and team members based on various criteria, such as location, form type, or any other relevant categorization. This allows for better management of complex filing tasks and streamlines the overall workflow.

Endpoints to manage groups

  • CreateGroup: Set up a new group to organize your payers and/or team members.
  • UpdateGroup: Modify existing group details as your needs evolve.
