SubmissionId	Guid	An unique identifier generated by TaxBandits when a 5498 ESA return is created. Mention the 5498 ESA return's Submission ID that you want to transmit.
RecordIds	Guid[]	An unique identifier generated by TaxBandits when a 5498 ESA return is created. Mention the 5498 ESA return's Record ID that you want to transmit.
