API Downtime Policy

This downtime policy outlines our policies and procedures for downtimes for our API services. Our goal is to minimize disruptions and provide clear communication to our users regarding any downtime events.

  • Our API undergoes a scheduled downtime in the event of tax year updates, architecture modifications, enhancements, or other maintenance procedures. In such cases, you won’t be able to access our API and the Consolers (Both Developer and Sandbox Consoles). You can still access the documentation.
  • Our scheduled downtime, typically on Mondays (1 AM - 3 AM EST), is designed to be predictable and infrequent. You’ll receive advance notice via email, ensuring you're always prepared unless there's an unforeseen requirement.
  • There will be no downtime for new releases and bug fixes, as we can deploy these updates without interrupting service availability.
  • We strive to maintain high availability for our API services. By adhering to this downtime policy, we aim to provide transparency and minimize disruptions in your operations.
