AddDBA

If the recipient operates under multiple DBA names or trade names other than the name registered with the IRS, you can add them using this endpoint. This will allow the recipient to receive transactions and 1099s under the DBA name instead of the legal name.

Key Points

• A recipient can have multiple DBAs.
• Each DBA is assigned a unique DBAId by TaxBandits.
• You can also assign your own DBARef for cross-referencing in your system.
