Overview
Oklahoma employers who withhold state income tax from employee wages must file returns with the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC). Employers who withhold more than $500 per quarter must also remit monthly deposits separately from this quarterly return.
The TaxBandits API supports the automation of Form WTH-10001, Oklahoma's quarterly wage withholding tax return.

Key compliance notes
- Zero filing required. Form WTH-10001 must be filed every quarter, even if no tax was withheld.
- Separate from monthly deposits. Employers who withhold more than $500 per quarter must also remit monthly payments; filing the monthly deposit does not replace this quarterly return.
Before filing, you can simulate the entire verification flow in our Sandbox environment without submitting real data to state agencies. See how
