SubmissionId	Guid	An unique identifier generated by TaxBandits when a 3922 return is created. Mention the 3922 return's Submission ID that you want to transmit.
RecordIds	Guid[]	OptionalAn unique identifier generated by TaxBandits when a 3922 return is created. Mention the 3922 return's Record ID that you want to transmit.
