Real-Time TIN Matching

Real-Time TIN Matching allows you to instantly verify each recipient’s Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and name against IRS records—right at the click of a button.

Due to IRS limitations, TaxBandits provides Real-Time TIN Matching only to a limited number of users based on their business use case.

If you would like to enable this service, you can send an email to our team at developer@taxbandits.com and provide the following details:

  • Business Use Case: Describe how your organization plans to use our Real-Time TIN Matching service.
  • Estimated Volume: Share how many TIN Matches you expect to perform annually.
  • Peak Usage: Indicate whether you have any peak usage periods. If so, provide the highest number of TIN Matches expected on those days.
