Low Credit Notification

If you want to keep track of the credit balance in your account but don’t prefer auto-renewal, you can enable low credit notification.

By enabling this feature, you can get an email notification whenever the credit balance goes below the minimum limit you set.

How to enable low credit notification?

You can follow the steps below to enable low credit notification in Sandbox or your Developer account.

• Navigate to Settings > Low Credit Notification. Enter the minimum credit limit for the forms/services you prefer. Then, click ‘Save’

• Provide the email addresses to which you want to be notified and click ‘Save’. You can add multiple email addresses if needed.

• If the credit balance goes below the minimum limit you set for any of the forms/services, you’ll get an email notification.
