New Jersey
New Jersey employers who withhold state income tax must file employer withholding returns with the New Jersey Division of Taxation. Employers subject to unemployment insurance and related payroll taxes must also report quarterly wage information to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJLWD).
The TaxBandits API supports automating Form NJ-927 for employer withholding and unemployment insurance tax reporting, Form WR-30 for quarterly unemployment insurance wage reporting, and the New Hire Report for reporting newly hired or rehired employees.
