BusinessType - The Business Type is required only for the 94x series of forms. Following are the values allowed in this field.

- STATEORLOCAL501C - State or Local 501(c) - 501c is a designation under the United States Internal Revenue Code (IRC) that confers tax-exempt status of nonprofit organizations.
- NONGOVT501C - Non-Government 501C.
- STATEORLOCALNON501C - State or Local non 501(c).

KindOfPayer - This is required only for W-2 forms. This value depends on the type of form you are required to file with the federal.
- REGULAR941 - Choose this option if you file Form 941 or 941-SS and no other category applies.
- REGULAR944 - Choose this option if you file Form 944 or Formulario 944(SP).
- AGRICULTURAL943 - Choose this option if you are an agricultural employer and file Form 943 and you are sending Form W-2 for agricultural employees.
- HOUSEHOLD - Choose this option if you are a household employer sending Form W-2 for household employees and you did not include the household employees’ taxes on Forms 941, 941-SS, 943, or 944.
- MILITARY - Choose this option if you are a military employer sending Form W-2 for members of the uniformed services.
